Zhiyi Electronics officially releases a new-generation ODM solution for high-speed hair dryers. The self-developed BLDC brushless motor drive control board integrates negative ion generation, constant temperature control and multi-speed adjustment, delivering one-stop customized manufacturing services for overseas personal care brands.
The R&D focuses on motor drive algorithms and NTC constant temperature protection systems to avoid hair damage caused by overheating. The engineering team carried out multiple rounds of air duct simulation, temperature reliability tests and continuous operation life verification. After DFM review, the project moved to pilot production. Automated assembly lines are deployed in production. Every unit goes through power-on aging, wind pressure and insulation safety tests to comply with CE, RoHS and other international safety standards.
