TWS Bluetooth Earbuds ODM Project Launched, Zhiyi’s Self-developed Low-latency Audio Solution Goes into Mass Production

Recently, the brand-new TWS Bluetooth earbuds ODM project of Dongguan Zhiyi Electronics has completed NPI introduction and entered stable mass production. The R&D team independently developed the audio main control PCBA scheme and debugged acoustic algorithms, as well as the power management circuit for charging cases. Targeting overseas consumer markets, this solution supports active noise cancellation, low-latency gaming mode and long battery life.

Covering customer requirement confirmation, ID & structural review, PCB layout, component selection, SMT mounting, hardware & firmware joint debugging, high-low temperature aging test, Zhiyi implements full-process control from solution definition to finished packaging and shipment at its 12,000-square-meter production base. During the R&D phase, the team optimized the stability of Bluetooth RF signal, ANC depth and power consumption balance, solving common industry pain points such as disconnection and background noise in complex environments.

This ODM scheme supports customized appearance, color and functional parameters, and meets certification standards for Europe, America, Southeast Asia and other regions. Bulk shipments have been delivered to cooperative brand clients.
