For the overseas hair styling market, Zhiyi’s multi-function hair curler ODM project has successfully passed sample validation and mass production conversion. The core of this project is the self-developed constant-temperature PCBA mainboard, supporting multi-level temperature adjustment, auto power-off and anti-scald protection, compatible with automatic curling and 2-in-1 straightening & curling structures.
During early-stage development, the R&D team collaborated with the industrial design team for synchronized circuit and structure development. Algorithms were optimized to reduce temperature drift of heating elements and guarantee stable temperature during long-time operation. At pilot production, engineers continuously improved SMT and assembly processes to boost yield.
Zhiyi accepts customized requests including heating parameters, touch logic, ID and packaging. We provide full-chain ODM services: solution design, firmware development, PCBA manufacturing, assembly, testing and delivery. This hair curler solution has been sent to many overseas personal care brands for sampling, and order scheduling is in progress.
