Zhiyi Electronics’ outdoor waterproof Bluetooth speaker ODM project has achieved mass production. The self-developed audio amplifier PCBA mainboard adopts Bluetooth 5.4, TWS interconnection, IPX waterproof and long endurance, designed for camping and outdoor scenarios.
The R&D team optimized Bluetooth receiving sensitivity, waterproof circuit and protective structure for outdoor use, tuned the speaker frequency response, and completed dustproof, waterproof, drop and temperature reliability tests. DFM (Design for Manufacturability) was adopted throughout the project to avoid production risks and improve first-pass yield.
Zhiyi’s ODM service includes function customization, sound tuning, lighting effect development, mold development, assembly and packaging. This speaker solution has been supplied to European and American outdoor brands in bulk, enriching Zhiyi’s audio ODM product portfolio.
