Zhiyi Electronics’ home RF beauty device ODM project has passed reliability verification and entered mass production. The self-developed RF main control PCBA precisely regulates RF output power and temperature feedback, equipped with skin contact detection, timeout protection and other multi-layer safety mechanisms to meet safety standards for home beauty appliances.
Beauty devices require high circuit stability, precise temperature control and good EMC performance. The R&D team conducted extensive EMC, ESD and high-low temperature cycle tests, and optimized BOM selection and circuit architecture repeatedly to balance performance and global certification requirements.
Zhiyi offers complete ODM services: function definition, firmware development, PCBA manufacturing, final assembly, aging test and customized color box packaging. Supported by more than 350 production and R&D staff, we support small-batch sampling and large-volume orders flexibly, helping beauty appliance brands launch compliant and stable home beauty instruments rapidly.
